RTKLIB is a set of open source programs for GNSS data processing written by Tomoji Takasu. The library implements fundamental navigation functions and carrier-based relative positioning algorithms for RTK-GPS with integer ambiguity resolution by LAMBDA. RTKLIB also supports data communication via serial I/O, TCP/IP connection and NTRIP, and various data formats including RTCM 2.3, RTCM 3.1 and proprietary raw messages for some GPS receivers. By supporting RTCM and NTRIP, NRTK (Network RTK) service can be used with RTKLIB. It’s main function is software processing of raw GNSS data in differential mode allowing to achieve centimeter or decimeter accuracy depending on the hardware used. It’s an amazing software as it provides the possibility to do RTK without spending a few thousand money on equipment.

Inside of RTKlib there's a software called RTKNavi compiled with Embarcadero C++ builder XE2, this software which is designed to do the RTK (Carrier-correction), by taking data from a reference station and a rover receiver; the result is the output of the highest accurated positon for the rover receiver that can be use by any other data collection software, like ArcPAD, Fast Survey, CarlsonCE, Microsurvey Field Genius, but the Grafical User Interface (GUI) of this software runs only on Windows, Linux and Android, so we could not use it on most of our not so new data collectors wich runs OS like Windows Mobile 5-6.1, Windows CE and others.

I'm trying to build this application keeping its original Windows GUI on those OS but I'm new on programing and that's why I request your help and I say thanks in advance .

It would be nice to have it on windows mobile device....
