Probably try this. Not tested.
For Version 17.024 Few instructions changes. Rest are same 2. Download APLKEY 17.024.rar and extract. 8. Search for the Sequence of bytes 15 85 60 0E and replace to the Bytes copied from commandline (see instruction no. 3). 9. Search for the sequence of bytes 0D 6F 73 2A 34 15 64 27 53 62 65 05 11 92 92 8C 5F & Replace it to 09 6F 73 29 7F 30 31 73 74 2D 47 03 47 AA 9E 83 5A I doubt there could be License upgrade error if you already licensed the previous version. Please check and report
