Please help.

This must be a hard one for you to create a license . The software uses a soft license and an authentication from a remote server, so the medicine has to by pass both the restrictions.

"If MUSA has detected the NSN network at least one time, the dialog will be shown every 3 minutes until NSN network will be detected again.
In case MUSA has never detected the NSN network, the dialog will be shown every 10 seconds, and it will be very difficult for you to work with the tool"

MUSA is a fantastics Nokia tool for 2G,3G,LTE planning optimization.
